New Zealand's Ōra King salmon has been judged as ‘remarkable' at the iTQi Superior Taste Awards in Belgium. The brand has been developed specifically for fine dining by Nelson-based New Zealand King Salmon and was launched only last year.

OSLO—Omega-3 supplier Denomega won the International Taste and Quality Institute (iTQi) Superior Taste Award for its cod liver, salmon and fish oils. Five of the company's products received one star each, representing "notable tasting products with marks between 70 and 80 percent," according to iTQi, an industry organization dedicated to testing products. Un jury compose de 60 chefs étoilés et 60 sommeliers de reputation internationale a goilte et évalue a l'aveugle, A Bruxelles, pres de 1.200 produits, originaires de 89 pays et 480 producteurs.

60 chefs Roil& de toute l'Europe sont Bruxelles pendant trois jours pour goOter 600 produits de grande consommation. Ils distribuent ainsi les étoiles de l'International Taste & Quality Institut. Le label permet de rassurer le consommateur et multiplier les ventes.

On 15th April, the open screening for press of "iTQi Year of Japan 2013" organized by the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi) was held in Brussels under the sponsorship of the Embassy of Japan and Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO). Japan is the guest of honor this year. Chargé d'Affaires ad interim Katayama participated in this event and exchanged views with the people from iTQi and Mr. Tateru Yoshino who is a French cuisine chef representing Japan and also one of the jury for the event. The Award Ceremony will take place on 30th May.

The new Nabob BOLD Midnight Eclipse received a stamp of quality in taste from the International Taste and Quality Institute (ITQI) Superior Taste Award, scoring two out of three stars, deeming it a "remarkable brew".
