BRUXELLES - La huitième édition du Superior Taste Award se tient en ce moment. Soixante sommeliers du monde entier sont réunis à Bruxelles pour goûter toute sorte de boissons... sauf du vin . C’est le calme plat dans le restaurant vitré de l’Erasmushogeschool de Bruxelles. Une cinquantaine de tables sont dressées, toutes individuelles et nappées de blanc. Chacun des convives scrute son verre, goûte, hume, crache... et note.
